Nearly all of us are quite acquainted with the term (*). The comfortable and peaceful life is being greatly obstructed for this problem. Now-a-days the problem of (*) has taken a serious turn and it is going out of the control day by day. To speak the truth, it has continuously extended its claw towards all the spheres of our life. Almost everyday when we open the newspaper we can not but see the news of (*). It is known to all that Bangladesh is small and poor country but she has a huge number of illiterate and unemployed people. So, if the problem of (*) is not solved instantly, Bangladesh will have to face a dreadful situation in near future. Government must be sincere to the problem earlier. It is unlucky that everyone feels the problem in our country but no one takes effective measures to prevent it. The carelessness of responsibility towards the society and the lack of moral sense of few people are the main causes of (*). The corrupted government officials and law executors are also responsible to let this problem rise to the dangerous stage. Besides, the  main cause of (*) should be sought out instantly for the greater benefit of the nation. Moreover, the effective measures should be taken for the prevention of the problem. Above all, the government as well as the authorities concerned of our country should come forward to avert the problem of (*)
